You can navigate to the Setting page from the menu on the top of your dashboard, and from there in the section of Plan, click on the Cancel Plan button. follow this path from your dashboard:
Manage account>plan>Cancel plan
In case of asking a refund, or the wrong payment, we are asking you to contact us via email.
Feel free to use our platform, you can cancel your subscription if you already chose the monthly subscription.
Based on the type of subscription, monthly or yearly, the day that you started your subscription is considered as the date for the renewal of your plan. if you choose the monthly plan you will be automatically charged on the exact date of each month, and the same procedure for the yearly plan, but every year!
